采用行星式高能球磨机对三氧化二铁粉末进行细化球磨,并对不同球磨时间的样品使用XRD和TEM、SEM进行观测,结果发现随球磨时间延长氧化铁颗粒不断细化,但在72h后继续增加球磨时间,并不能使颗粒粒径进一步明显变小。同时在球磨过程中出现了一部分Fe2O3向Fe3O4的转变。
Ferric oxide powder sample was milled by high energy ball milling. Surface morphology and composition of samples were analyzed by SEM, TEM and XRD after ball milling. It was found that the Fe2O3 particles were refined with the increasing of mill time but not refined obviously by barely increasing time after 72 h milling. The composition of particle was also changed during milling, parts of Fe2O3 changed into Fe3O4.
