采用片状粉末冶金铁基触媒合成金刚石,金属包覆膜的脆性极大,打开合成压块之后,金刚石颗粒会裸露在断面上;同时由于铁基触媒磁性较大,存磁场作用下易于分离;从而为采用机械及物理方法提纯金刚石提供了可能。针对上述特点,提出了一种针对铁基触媒的机械式提纯金刚石的新方法。试验证明,这种新方法工艺简单,易于操作,成本低廉,金刚石提纯效率较高,损失较少。同时也为推广应用粉末冶金铁基触媒和逐步解决金刚石行业因电化学或化学方法提纯带来的环境污染问题提出了新的技术思路。
When knocking out the resultant rod, the diamond crystals will emerge on the section because the metallic film surrounding the diamond synthesized with iron-based catalyst made by powder metallurgy is very fragile. Meanwhile, the iron - based catalyst can be separated easily with the action of magnetic field due to its high magnetism. So, it is available to purify diamond crystals by mechanical or physical methods. The mechanical method of purification tor synthetic diamond is discussed in this paper aiming at these characteristics of resultant rod mentioned above. The results of the test indicate that this method can purity' diamond easily and effectively at low cost. At the same time this paper also points out a new way to popularize the ironbased catalysts made by the powder metallurgy and reduce the environment pollution made by electrochemical or chemic method of purification in the synthetic diamond industry.
