2009-2011年,连续3年采用查盗开洞法,对内蒙古阿拉善荒漠区梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)林生境中的大沙鼠(Rhombomys opimus)种群相对数量进行了调查,同时测定了梭梭林地上生物量动态,应用Pearson相关系数分析了大沙鼠数量动态与梭梭林地上生物量的相关性。结果表明,3个年度中,大沙鼠种群密度秋季均高于春季,梭梭林地上生物量秋季均高于春季。春季大沙鼠相对密度与梭梭地上生物量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.80,P〈0.01),与梭梭高度呈极显著正相关(r=0.88,P〈0.01),与梭梭盖度呈显著负相关(r=-0.71,P〈0.05)。秋季大沙鼠相对密度与梭梭地上生物量呈显著负相关(r=-0.69,P〈0.05),与梭梭高度呈显著正相关(r=0.68,P〈0.05),与梭梭盖度呈极显著负相关(r=-0.80,P〈0.01),与白刺地上生物量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.84,P〈0.01)。
