目的了解低频超声联合微泡辐照兔颈动脉的效应。方法麻醉处死6只新西兰大白兔,解剖分离出12根颈动脉,分成两组。一组6根颈动脉内注射超声对比剂Sono Vue微泡及美兰染色液;另一组6根颈动脉内注射生理盐水及美兰。颈动脉置于含有生理盐水的塑料器皿中,低频超声(20 k Hz,声强2 W/cm2)置于器皿下方,进行辐照。辐照完毕,对颈动脉进行病理检查。结果充满Sono Vue微泡的颈动脉超声辐照后平均3 s内,即出现蓝色液体缓慢溢出。病理H-E染色示颈动脉弹性膜分离,局部管壁缺损,破孔形成,断面粗糙不整齐。充满生理盐水的颈动脉超声辐照后25 s后,均未见液体溢出。H-E染色血管内膜光滑,管壁平滑肌连续性好,未见缺损。结论低频超声辐照含Sono Vue微泡的兔颈动脉,短时间内可致血管损伤,形成破孔。
Objective To investigate the irradiation effect on rabbit carotid artery by low frequency ultrasound (US) com-bined with SonoVue microbubbles. Methods 6 New Zealand white rabbits were anesthetized and the carotid arteries were dissected and separated immediately. 6 carotid arteries in one group were injected with microbubbles and blue staining methylene solution; the other 6 arteries were injected with 0.9% sodium chloride solution and methylene. The arteries were submerged in a plastic water tank containing saline, and low frequency ultrasound (20 kHz,2 W7cm2) was placed under the water tank for irradiation. After sonication, all carotid arteries were examined with H-E staining. Results The blue liquid slowly leaked out of the arteries full of microbubbles after 3 seconds of irradiation with US. H-E staining showed elastic membrane separation, local blood vessel wall defect and hole for-mation, rough and irregular surface of the ruptured area in the carotid arteries. No blue liquid leakage was found in the arteries full of saline after 25 seconds of US irradiation. H-E staining demonstrated intact vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle, and no de-fect on the vascular wall. Conclusion US can cause rupture of carotid artery full of microbubles in a short time.
