研究了Ti含量(0wt%~7wt%)对Au-18Ni合金钎料性能的影响。结果表明:Ti的加入提高了钎料合金的峰值温度,对起始点温度影响不大;随着Ti含量的增加,钎料在95Al_2O_3陶瓷上铺展面积增大,润湿角减小;Ti提高了钎料对95Al_2O_3陶瓷的润湿性。采用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪分析界面的显微结构和元素变化趋势,得出了(Au-18Ni)+5Ti钎料钎焊的95Al_2O_3/1Cr18Ni9Ti接头效果良好的主要原因是活性元素Ti与95Al_2O_3发生反应而引起界面能的变化所致。
The effects of contents of Ti(0%-7%)on the performance of Au-18 Ni alloy solder were researched. The results show that adding Ti enhances the peak temperature of the alloy solder, but has a little impact on the initial temperature. With the increase of Ti content, the spreading area of the solder on 95Al_2O_3 ceramic increases, but the wetting angle reduces. Ti improves the wettability of the solder on 95Al_2O_3. The microstructure and elements change trend of the interface were analyzed by scanning eletron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive system(EDS), then we find that the main reason that95Al_2O_3/1Cr18Ni9 Ti joint brazed by(Au-18Ni)+5Ti solder has a good effect is because that active element Ti reacting with95Al_2O_3 and causes some change of interface energy.
