进气口噪声是矿用局部通风机的主要噪声源之一.以FBDY系列对旋轴流局部通风机为例,在局部通风机进气口处安装吸声体,利用LMSVirtualLab,采用直接边界元法与间接边界元法相结合,对吸声体的噪声控制效果进行了模拟仿真分析.用Pro/E软件建立了吸声体的三维实体模型,导入VirtualLab中进行网格划分并进行声学计算,分别计算了安装吸声体前后声压分布,对比分析了吸声体对于局部通风机噪声控制的效果.通过对风机进气口设置吸声体,有效地降低了环境噪声.
The air intakes noise of local mine fan is the main source of noise. This paper discusses the FBDY series of local mine contra - rotating axial fan, introduces the noise absorber at the inlet of the local fan, uses LMS Virtual Lab, and analyzes the noise control effect of the absorber by direct boundary element method combined with indirect boundary element. Pro/E is used to establish a three - dimensional solid model of the absorber. By introducing Virtual Lab meshing and acoustic calculation, sound pressure distribution is calculated before and after sound - absorbing is installed, and comparative noise control effect analysis is adopted for the absorber of the local fan. By setting the fan intake noise absorber, the ambient noise is effectively reduced.
