介绍了微生物絮凝剂的类型、化学成分以及分析成分所采用的常用实验室分析方法。阐述了生物絮凝剂生产及絮凝活性的影响因素和絮凝机理。重点介绍了目前生物絮凝剂在水处理方面的最新应用情况,并指出高效生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选、复合型微生物絮凝剂以及生物絮凝剂和传统絮凝剂复配的研发、替代培养基的选择以及提纯方法的改进等是今后微生物絮凝剂研究领域的主要方向。
Types of bioflocculant, chemical ingredients and the methods of constituent analysis commonly used in laboratory were described in this article. It also summarized factors of affecting the biofloeeulant production and the flocculating activity and their floccular mechanism. It detailed introduced some newly application situation in the current water treatment. Some prospects of the microbial flocculants for the development were proposed including screening of a floeculant-producing strain with high and stable flocculating activity, studying on compound bioflocculant and combination of bioflocculant and traditional flocculants, selecting the cheaper substitution culture medium, improving methods of purification of bioflocculant and so on. These new directions made the main forecast on the bioflocculant research area.
