采用光线追迹法,结合蒙特卡罗法,建立了微分高斯光束的数学模型,利用 matlab软件计算模拟了LD端面泵浦激光器激光晶体内部纵向增益分布情况。通过能量积分法计算晶体内基模光模式体积内增益值,获得泵浦光在晶体内聚焦光斑的最佳位置,并从实验上进行了验证。结果表明,能量积分法与模匹配方程求解法所得结果相一致,但增益积分法更直观。
It’s simulated that the longitudinal gain distribution in the crystal of LD end-pumped solid state laser by matlab, using ray tracing method combining with Monte Carlo Method. Gain in the volume of TEM00 mode is calculated by integral gain method and the best longitudinal pumping position in the crystal is obtained.The results calculated by integrating gain and solved by mode matching function are consistent,but the former is more intuitive.
