文章根据两种典型的吸湿排汗纤维形态结构建立了平行圆柱孔和圆球堆积两种纤维湿传递模型,并分析了影响纤维芯吸速率的因素。研究结果表明,平行圆柱孔模型中,纤维的芯吸速率取决于纤维的半径和毛细孔的长度;圆球堆积模型中,影响纤维的芯吸速率的因素为纤维的当量半径和接触角。
In this paper, two models on moisture transmission of moisture absorption and sweat discharge of fibers were developed according to two typical fiber structures. In the two typical models, the wicking speed of fiber is decided by the radius (equivalent radius) and the length of the capillary tube (fiber assem bles).
