环境和生物样品中金属与有机酸、氨基酸、多糖、蛋白质、DNA等形成的金属有机物是一系列生物金属。生物金属中参与金属离子配位的有机配基主要是含氧、硫、氮及磷的功能团。金属组学是整合生物金属中金属有机配体的结合形态及其生理功能活性的新概念。文中介绍了目前常用的金属有机配体的分析方法以及金属组学领域的研究技术,并展望了重金属富集和超积累植物的研究前景。
Metal-organic acid, metal-amino acid, metal-polysaccharide, metal-protein, metal-deoxyribanucleic acid (DNA) , etc. are a series of biometals in environmental and biological samples. The major ligand sites for a metal ion bond in these biometals are oxygen-, sulfur-, nitrogen- and phosphorus-containing functional groups. MetaUomics is a new idea to integrate metal speciation of biometals and their biological functions in organism. Heavy metal accumulating and hyperaccumulating plant species are environmental biological resources. Elucidation of metal speciation and its biological functions of biometals in these plants is a new field in metallomics. Research subjects in metallomics and analytical techniques required in the metallomics researches are provided, and the prospective for the metal accumulating and hyperaccumulating plant species is presented.
