针对通用涡旋型线设计及其形状优化,研究了基于切向角参数固有方程的弧函数通用泛函涡旋型线的系数参数变换特性,通过对各系数参数的单独特性分析,掌握了泛函弧函数涡旋型线在各个阶段的特性及其在整个阶段的共性。通过形状优化后的涡旋型线,在保证根部强度的同时,能使压缩比达到最大,兼顾了高强度和高压缩比的优点,使压缩效能达到最优。
Aiming at the research of general scroll profiles and its shape optimization, the coefficient parameter transformation characteristics of general arc functional scroll profiles based on instinct equation of tangent angle coefficient was studied. Through the analysis of specific characteristics of coefficient parameters, the speciality in each phase and commonness in whole phase of general arc functional scroll profiles was mastered. Through the shape optimization of scroll profiles, the compression ratio will be the biggest under the condition of assuring intention of root, which gave attention to excellency of both high intention and high compression ratio and make the best of compress efficiency. The research conclussions have a great theoretical and actual significance to the general scroll profiles and varying thickness scroll compressor.
