为了研究台风对马氏珠母贝氧化应激基因的表达影响,在实验室模拟了水流冲击和泥沙混悬条件对马氏珠母贝进行处理,并设置对照组,检测了2 h、4 h、6 h、8 h、12 h以及24 h时间点Prx和GPX两种基因在鳃的表达水平。结果显示,水流冲击处理,Prx和GPX的表达均有先升高再降低的趋势,在4 h时间点,两种基因的表达水平达到最高,与对照组相比有显著差异(p〈0.05)。而在泥沙混悬处理中,Prx的表达在2 h就达到很高的水平,与对照组有显著差异(p〈0.05),随后呈逐渐降低的趋势。GPX在8 h表达水平最高,与对照组差异显著(p〈0.05),随着处理时间的增加,呈现先升高再降低的趋势。
In order to study the expression of oxidative stress genes of Pinctada martensii threatened by typhoons,we simulated water flow and sediment suspension conditions in the laboratory. As the processing way of Pinctada martensii, and we set the control group. After 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h, we detected the expression level of Prx and GPX gills. When Pinctada martensii under the action of water flow, expression of Prx and GPX first increased and then decreased, at 4 h, Prx and GPX expression reached the highest level, there were significant differences with the control group(p〈0.05). In the sediment suspension treatment, the expression of Prx has reached a high level in 2 h, there were significant differences with the control group(p〈0.05), then decreased gradually. GPX expression level in the 8 h was the highest, significant difference with the control group(p〈0.05), with the increase of processing time, increased initially and then decreased.
