目的为研制负压调节范围宽泛、挡位控制精准的吸乳器,本文设计了基于霍尔开关的医用宽负压范围电动吸乳器挡位调节器。方法基于霍尔开关的电磁转换及其检测基本原理,本文讨论了利用若干个霍尔开关和磁钢构成挡位调节器的3种实现方案,通过比较确定采用2个磁钢和4个霍尔开关的挡位调节器。将此调节器安置在吸乳器的负压气室外部并使引脚与AVR单片机相连,通过对比LCD液晶屏实时显示的挡位状态和实际挡位对其进行验证。结果上述霍尔开关的挡位调节器可精准地进行1~5挡判断,并可相应调节吸乳器负压气室的气密性,使每挡的负压误差不超过10mmHg。结论基于霍尔开关的挡位调节器挡位判断精确,稳定性好,该研究为研制具有负压可宽范调节的电动吸乳器提供了技术基础。
Objective In order to develop a breast pump with a broad range of negative pressure and precise controlled stalls,a stall regulator of the medical breast pump with a wide range of negative pressure was designed. Methods Based on the electromagnetic conversion of the Hall switch and its measurement principles, three solutions using the Hall switches and the magnetic steels to form the stall regulator were discussed. By comparison, the stall regulator with four Hall switches and two magnetic steels was adopted. The regulator was placed in the negative pressure chamber of the breast pump and its pins were connected with AVR microcontroller,through the contrast of the stall's real-time value displayed on LCD screen and the stall' s actual state for verification. Results This stall regulator based upon the Hall switch could not only precisely adjust speed within 1 to 5 stalls,but also adjust the air tightness in the negative pressure chamber of the breast pump with the negative pressure error within + 10mmHg of each stall. Conclusions The stall adjustment based upon the Hall switch is high precise and stable. This study provides the technical basis for the development of the electrical breast pump with a wide range of negative pressure.
