目的通过对miR-146b进行系统的生物信息学分析,预测miR-146b的靶基因及其功能。方法应用miRBase获取并分析miR-146b的序列特征;应用TargetScan、PicTar及miRanda预测miR-146b的靶基因,进行功能注释和信号转导通路分析;应用PubMed、Google等信息搜索工具综述miR-146b已有功能研究。结果 miR-146b在各物种之间具有高度保守性。功能注释显示预测靶基因主要富集于促细胞增殖、转录调控、调控细胞分化等生物学过程。信号转导通路分析显示预测靶基因显著富集于白血病、ErbB信号通路、促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶通路等。结论生物信息学分析提示,miR-146b可能与细胞分化、代谢密切相关。
Objective To predict the targets and functions of miR-146b by bioinformatic analysis.Methods The sequence of miR-146b was obtained by miRBase database.The targets of miR-146b were predicted by Target Scan,PicTar and miRanda and then were analyzed by gene ontology and pathway analysis.PubMed and Google were used to review previous studies of miR-146b.Results miR-146b was highly conserved among various species.Gene ontology analysis showed that these target genes were enriched in promoting cell proliferation,transcriptional control,regulation of cell differentiation and other biological processes.The pathway analysis revealed that the target genes mainly involved in leukemia,ErbB,mitogen-activated protein kinase and other signaling pathways.Conclusion Bioinformatic analysis indicates that miR-146b is closely related with cell differentiation.
