作为限制出力和制动速度的决定性系统,变桨系统的安全可靠性十分重要,目前我国风电机组的变桨距控制系统主要依靠引进.该文在研究和分析风电机组变桨距控制系统控制原理的基础上,从主体功能架构、可靠性保障措施、伺服驱动控制等3个环节展开对变桨系统的总体设计.采取有限状态机模式设计变桨距控制软件,并搭建了嵌入式软硬件实验平台进行验证.
As a decisive system for limiting the output and braking the speed, the rotor blade pitching system is very important to safe operation of a wind turbine. The pitch control system of wind turbines in China mainly depend on import. In this paper, based on research and analysis control principles of pitch control system of wind turbines, the general design of pitch system is presented from three aspects, the main functional architecture, reliability assurance measures and servo-driven control, and the design of pitch control software is put forward by using finite state machine model, which is verified with the experimental platform of embedded hardware and software.
