采用免疫组织化学方法研究了青紫蓝兔中枢神经系统(CNS)内orexin B免疫阳性纤维的分布。结果显示,orexin B免疫阳性神经纤维广泛分布于CNS内,在端脑分布于大脑皮质、隔核和杏仁核;在间脑分布于丘脑、下丘脑、上丘脑和垂体,主要分布于丘脑中线核和下丘脑;在中脑分布于中脑中央灰质、前丘、后丘、脚间核和中缝核;在脑桥分布于蓝斑、被盖背侧核和中缝核;在延髓分布于最后区、孤束核和迷走神经背侧运动核;在小脑和脊髓也有分布。兔CNS内orexin B免疫阳性纤维的分布与orexin A的基本相似,本试验结果为理解orexin B在兔体内的作用部位提供了形态学资料。
Distribution of orexin B-like immunoreactive (OXB-IR) fibers in the central nervous system(CNS) of the rabbit was studied by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that OXB- IR fibers were observed in the CNS widely. In the telencephalon, OXB-IR fibers were present in the cerebral cortex, amygdala nucleus and septal area. In the diencephalon, OXB-IR fibers were observed in the thalamus, hypothalamus, epithalamus and hypophysis with the majority in the hypothalamus and the midline nuclear group of the thalamus. In the mesencephalon, OXB-IR fibers were located in the central gray substance, superior and inferior colliculi, interpeduncular nucleus and raphe nuclei. In the pons, OXB-IR fibers were seen in the locus coeruleus, tegmental nucleus and raphe nuclei. In the medulla oblongata, OXB-IR fibers were found in the area postrema, solitary tract nucleus and dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve. OXB-IR fibers were also present in the cerebellum and spinal cord. Distribution of OXB-IR fibers in rabbit CNS was similar to that of OXA-IR fibers. Our results provided morphological evidence for understanding of the roles of orexins in the rabbit.
