随着强夯法的广泛应用,强夯引起的环境振动问题越来越受到重视,通过理论分析,进行数值模拟,通过与实际施工情况进行比对,确认模拟的有效性。然后通过模拟改变单一变量,研究了强夯施工中的施工参数夯锤锤径、夯击能组合对环境振动的影响,并采用同样的方法,分析非连续性隔振屏障,隔振孔的三项参数孔径、孔间距及孔深,对于隔振效果的影响。发现同等锤重条件下,大锤径有利于减小环境振动,同等夯击能下,轻锤高落有益于减小环境振动;隔振孔孔深达到一定值时,孔径和孔间距比值越大,隔振效果越佳。研究结论对于强夯施工中的环境振动控制具有一定的参考价值。
With the wide application of dynamic consolidation method,the problem of environmental vibration induced by this method gets more and more attention.By comparing with the actual engineering construction,the validity of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is confirmed.Through changing the parameters of the dynamic consolidation one by one,the influences of tamper diameter and tamping energy combination on the environment vibration are simulated and analyzed.In the same way,the influence of three parameters of vibration isolation holes in discontinuous barriers,such as diameter,spacing and depth of the hole,on the vibration isolation effect of the barriers is analyzed.The results demonstrate that the larger tamper diameter with the same weight and light tamper with higher drop distance are beneficial for reducing the environmental vibration.When the depth of the isolation holes reaches a certain value,increase of the diameter-to-spacing ratio of the holes can raise the isolation effect of the barriers.This research has a guiding significance for the construction of dynamic consolidation and environment vibration control.
