针对油纸绝缘变压器实际运行故障与油中溶解气体的相互关系,在实验室搭建了模拟变压器局部放电实验平台,研究了气隙放电的发展特征,利用主成分分析方法从29个局放统计算子中提取出6个独立的主成分因子,采用相关分析方法统计得出了变压器油中局部放电产生的6种溶解气体含量与6个局放主成分因子线性相关,为变压器油纸绝缘故障诊断提供了判断依据.
The paper designs a simulation experiment system for partial discharge in transformer in laboratory. The re- lationship between the gases dissolved in oil and transformer fault is explored, and air gap discharge and its develop- ment characteristics are studied. Through major-content method, six major factors are selected from the above 29 statistic operators. And the six major factors are independent with each other. Results show that there is a linear rela- tionship between six kinds of gas and six major factors by correlation analysis method. The method provides a practice criterion for diagnosis of transformer oil-paper insulation fault.
