In the context of sustainable development, the construction industry professional system has a comparative advantage in representing the public interest. However, in the era of information, ＂deprofessionalization＂ is a threat to professionals. As the third party, the constitution industry professional system has attracted attention, which consists of professionals and professional organizations. This paper summarizes and argues the trend and direction of this system from its origin, function and current situation. It aims to provide some suggestions for the future study.
