采用漆酶对马尾松热磨机械浆(TMP)纤维进行表面改性,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对漆酶处理前后的TMP纤维进行表面分析。结果表明,漆酶处理前马尾松TMP纤维表面被一层颗粒状木素和抽出物覆盖;漆酶处理后,TMP纤维表面颗粒状的木素及抽出物变小、变少。漆酶处理后TMP纤维表面的氧碳比(O/C比值)升高,C1峰峰面积下降,表明漆酶处理后TMP纤维表面木素和抽出物减少,暴露出更多的亲水性基团,碳水化合物的含量提高。
The effects of laccase modification on the surface morphology and chemistry of masson pine thermo-mechanical pulp (TMP) fibres were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM),atomic force microscopy (AFM) and the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) in this paper. It was found that the surface of TMP fibres was covered with lignin and extractives,which markedly decreased after laccase modification. Moreover,the fiber with laccase modification had a higher O/C ratios and a lower C1 peak than the control fiber,and the C1s peak shifted to the higher binding energy direction. This implied that less lignin and extractives and more carbohydrate presented on the fiber surface when the fibre was treated with laccase.
