为解决大港油田南部滩海地区因泥岩地层易剥落掉块而造成坍塌、起下钻阻卡等复杂事故的问题,并降低钻井液成本,通过分析该地区地层粘土矿物,结合地层特征对处理剂进行评价,并利用正交设计试验,优化出了适合于该地区的正电聚醇/KCl钻井液体系。其作用机理主要为浊点机理、吸附效应、协同效应、晶格作用和润湿反转作用,尤其是正电聚醇与KCl具有很好的协同效应,使正电聚醇/KCl钻井液体系能够很好地抑制页岩水化分散,起到稳定井壁的作用。评价结果表明,该钻井液体系的抑制性、流变性、滤失性、抗污染性和润滑性等性能优良。
For the purpose of reducing drilling fluid expense and solving the problems occurred in Dagang Oilfield, including formation collapse, pipe-sticking, the positive-charged polyglycol/potassium chloride drilling fluids were optimized by orthogonal test designing software-SPSS13.0 based on the analysis of the formation clay and evaluation of the treating agent. Laboratory studies show that this fluid system has better inhibitive capacity, rheology, filtration, anti-pollution and lubricity. This paper also investigates the working mechanism of the mud and shows that positive-charged polyglycol and potassium chloride have synergistic effects, which helps hole cleaning and wellbore stability.
