In the field of community public service,the micro governance mechanism in urban community public service is an innovative path to solve the dilemmas of the value orientation of harmonious symbiosis,the weakness of the main body participative awareness ,the fragmentation of process management and the lack of collaborative agent basis. The practice of micro governance in Haicang community of Xiamen city,Fujian Province shows that the micro governance in urban community public service is an innovation form in current community grass-roots self-government and a practical choice. In order to realize the interaction and cooperation between community residents and organizations and the beautiful vision of the construction of a harmonious community, the government, community residents, community enterprises and community social organizations are required to establish micro relationship on the basis of equality, democracy and cooperative to carry on the micro integration of the internal generic resource advantage within community,to build up the linkage and cooperation of micro platform, and strengthen the interactive interaction among the government, community social organizations, community residents and community enterprises in order to achieve complementation and a strong knit among them together.
