设计合成了一种新型1,3,4-噻二唑类光化学传感分子5-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylideneamino)-1,3,4-thia—diazole-2-thiol(DBTT),该传感分子在甲醇-2%水体系中可以高选择性地用比色法识别Cu^2+,并且制作了DBTT检测Cu^2+的试纸,在一定条件下可以应用于实际样品中Cu^2+的快速检测.以等摩尔系列法研究了DBTY与Cu^2+络合的化学计量比为1:1,结合红外光谱与核磁滴定实验结果推测了DBTF对Cu^2+可能的识别机理.
A structurally novel optical chemosensor 5-( 4-( dimethylamino ) benzylideneamino ) -1,3,4- thiadiazole-2-thiol(DBTT) was designed and synthesized for highly selective eolorimetric sensing of Cu^2+ in methanol-2% H2O system. The colorimetric test kit based on DBTT was fabricated, which eould be used to fast deteetion of Cu^2+ in methanol-2% H2O system. The 1 : 1 binding mode of DBTT revealed by Job's Plot with Cu^2+, coupled with FT-IR and ^1H-NMR titration, demonstrated the possible recognition mechanism.
