采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了纯硅SBA-15介孔分子筛,并对盐酸的用量、硅源(TEOS)的用量以及晶化温度等影响产物质量的主要因素进行了考察。在此基础上通过后嫁接掺铝法将不同含量的铝掺入介孔分子筛SBA-15的骨架中,合成出Al-SBA-15介孔分子筛。通过X射线粉末衍射和氮气吸附.脱附分析等手段对所得样品进行了表征。结果表明,掺铝后SBA-15骨架的六方介孔结构仍保持其高度的有序性。
Pure silicon SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve was prepared using TEOS as raw material and P123 as template, and the effects of processing factors including hydrochloric acid amount, silicon source (TEOS) amount and crystallization temperature have been investigated. Al-SBA-15 was prepared by using doping Al into the SBA-15 framework, using AlCl3 as raw materials and calcined at 550 ℃ for 5 h from a post-alumination-synthesis. XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption characterization techniques were used to investigate the microscopic structure of mesoporous samples. The hexagonal structure of SBA-15 has not been changed obviously after it was doped by aluminum.
