不同粒度的纳米TiO2具有不同的用途。文章以硫酸钛为原料,尿素作沉淀剂,采用均匀沉淀法,研究了不同平均粒径纳米二氧化钛的制备工艺,讨论了工艺条件对其粒径的影响。研究结果表明:通过改变工艺条件,采用均匀沉淀法可制备出平均粒径范围为8~40nm的锐钛矿型纳米TiO2;在制备过程中,反应物浓度及配比、反应温度、煅烧温度等工艺参数对所制备粉体粒度都有不同程度的影响;纳米二氧化钛的粒度随反应物浓度的增加或反应温度的升高而减小,随煅烧温度的升高而增大。
Different size of nano-TiO2 has different application. In the paper, using titanium sulfate as a raw material, urea as a precipitating agent, nano-TiO2 with different particle sizes was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method and the effects of the process conditions on the partice size were discussed. The results showrcd that the nano-TiO2 particles with average particle sizes from 8 nm to 40 nm can be prepared by homogeneous precipitation method, that in the preparation process, the process conditions the concentration and ratio of the reactants, temperature of reaction, calcination temperature on particle size had an impact to varying degrees. With the reactant concentration or temperature of reaction increases, particle size decrease. While the higher calcination temperature, the smaller the particle size.
