为了对城市生态安全问题评价方法进行研究,以重庆市为例,基于压力-状态-响应概念模型,从20个指标通过数据标准化处理、指标权重确定和生态安全评价模型的构建,分析重庆市自直辖以来的生态安全问题.利用主观赋权和客观赋权的优点,建立综合赋权法,使赋权更为合理.运用灰色关联度法、模糊物元法、模糊综合评价法、功效法等4种数学评价模型,对重庆市自直辖以来生态安全进行评价并对评价模型进行对比探讨.结果表明,运用灰色关联度法、模糊物元法、模糊隶属度法以及功效法评价重庆生态安全状况,均得出其生态安全自直辖以来到2007年处于不安全状况以下.4种评价模型最具优势的是模糊物元法,其次是功效法,再次是灰色关联分析法,模糊综合评价法缺陷最大.
In order to study the method of urban ecological security problem,the ecological security index(ESI)system including 20 indices for Chongqing is built up with the pressure-state-response(P-S-R) model.The ecological security problems are analyzed through standardizing primary data,giving the indices of weight and constructing ecological safety evaluation models.The comprehensive weight is established with combination of the advantages of objective and subjective empowerment.Four kinds of mathematical evaluation models are gray correlation degree method,fuzzy matter-element method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and efficacy method.The results are showed that the ecological security in Chongqing is below the insecutity state from 1997 to 2007 with the four evaluation models.Four kinds of evaluation model are fuzzy matter-element method,efficacy method,gray correlation analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from excellent to poor.
