三软煤层超长工作面采场矿压显现规律研究

龙口矿区梁家煤矿煤系地层是新生代下第三系沉积的软岩地层,主要由泥岩、含油泥岩、粘土岩、炭质泥岩、油页岩和煤组成,是我国典型的三软煤系地层。本文通过理论研究及数值模拟,分析了三软煤层超长工作面顶板变形、采场顶板运动特性及支承压力分布规律,提出了三软煤层布置超长工作面的采场顶板控制关键技术。通过现场实测表明三软煤层中布置超长工作面能够实现安全高效生产。

英文摘要:

Coal layers of Mine Liangjia in Longkou zone are Cenozoic tertiary soft rock layers, are consisted of mudstone, mudstone with oil rock, clay stone, mudstone with carbon, oil shale and coal layers. They are typical three soft rock layers in China. The regularity of roof deformation, characters of layers rapture and law of abutment pressure distribution are studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the controlling roof program is referred and proposed. The technology of super long coal face in three soft layers can be realized to excavate safely and effectively by the measurement in site.
