目的观察电针治疗大鼠腹部术后肠麻痹疗效。方法 72只健康清洁级SD大鼠,随机分为模型组、电针组和假手术组,每组再随机分为24、72、120h组,每组8只。模型组和电针组大鼠制备成术后肠麻痹模型,假手术组仅行剖腹探查术。电针组于造模成功后2h予以电针针刺大鼠后足的足三里以及上巨虚穴20min,每间隔12h 1次,至观察结束,术后第24、72和120h检测墨汁推进率及血清胃动素水平。结果电针组72h点墨汁推进率明显高于模型组(P〈0.05),血清胃动素在72h和120 h点明显高于模型组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论电针治疗能改善大鼠腹部术后肠麻痹状态,促进肠动力恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of electric acupuncture on intestinal motility disorder after abdominal surgery in rats. Methods Seventy-two healthy SD rats were randomly divided into model group, therapy group and sham operation group. Each group was then divided in 24 h,72h,and 120 h subgroups,8 rats in each subgroup. The intestinal motility disorder model was established in model group and therapy group. The sham operation group only received exploratory laparotomy. At 2h after modeling, electric acupuncture was applied at point Zusanli(ST 36) and point Shangjuxu(ST 37) for 20 min and the procedure was repeated every 12 h until the end of observation. At 24 h,72h and 120 h after operation,the serum level of motilin and carbon-ink transit rate were detected. Results Compared with model group, rats in therapy group had higher carbon-ink transit rate at 72 h after operation(P〈0.05) and higher serum motilin at 72 and 120 h after operation(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion Electric acupuncture can improve gastroenteric disorders and promote restoration of intestinal motility in rats after abdominal surgery.
