为用户提供高效高质的服务是高校图书馆永恒的主题,而育人也是高校图书馆的职能之一。目前,高校图书馆服务工作面临着一系列的危机和挑战,需要进行服务创新。本文以中北大学图书馆所采取的服务创新为案例,来阐释如何从文化育人角度提高高校图书馆的服务创新。

The eternal theme of university libraries is to provide high quality and efficient service.Currently,university libraries are facing a series of crises and challenges during the process of service provision,so service innovation is needed.In this paper,the service innovation in the library of North University of China is taken as an example to illustrate some innovation measures of university library in the future.
