以载银MWNTs抗菌剂为功能材料,采用紫外光辐照的方法制备了载银MWNTs抗菌羊毛纤维。运用场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征,同时测试了样品的力学性能、热性能和抗菌耐洗涤性能。研究结果表明,抗菌羊毛纤维表面包覆了一层致密的抗菌层;与原毛相比,其结晶指数、单纤强力、断裂强度和热稳定性均有提高,但断裂伸长率有所下降;在洗涤20次以后,对大肠杆菌仍具有较好的抗菌性能。
With Ag-loading MWNTs antibacterial agent as functional material,the antibacterial wool fibers were prepared by ultraviolet irradiation method.The morphologies of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The structures of specimens were characterized by X-ray diffraction.Moreover,the mechanical properties,thermal stability and antibacterial wash-resistant properties were measured.The results showed that a compact antibacterial lay was coated on the surface of antibacterial wool fiber;compared with original wool fiber,the crystallization index,the force,the strength and the thermal stability were increased,but the elongation was decreased;it exhibited excellent antibacterial properties against E.coli after repeated washing(at least 20 times).
