酸性条件下,采用Al0-O2体系对活性黄3RS染料溶液进行降解,考察了活性黄3RS的初始浓度,pH、Al0的浓度、温度、Fe2+浓度等因素对其降解率的影响.结果表明,在pH=2和Al0浓度为1 g·L^-1时,对50 mg·L^-1活性黄3RS的降解率最高,反应150 min时最高可获得92%的降解率;降解后其COD值由126.35 mg·L^-1降至49.44 mg·L^-1;温度升高,活性黄3RS的降解率提高,其表观反应活化能为108.262 kJ·mol-1;动力学分析表明该过程为一级反应,反应速率常数kobs=1.2×10-2s-1;当向体系中加入Fe2+时,其降解速率加快。
In this work, the degradation of reactive yellow 3RS in aqueous solutions by the Al^0-O2 system was investigated. The effects of various operating parameters such as initial concentration of Reactive Yellow 3RS, pH, dosages of Al^0, added Fe^2+ concentration and temperature on the reaction were studied. Under the optimum condition ( Al^0 = 1g· L^-1 and pH = 2), the degradation rate of Reactive Yellow 3RS was 92% in 150 min. The value of COD decreased from 126.35 mg·L^-1 to 49.44 mg·L^-1 after degradation. The results showed that higher temperature enhanced the degradation rate of Reactive Yellow 3RS. In addition, the apparent activation energy for the Reactive Yellow 3RS degradation was determined to be 108. 262 kJ·mol^-1. The reactive yellow 3RS degradation by the Al^0-O2 system generally followed the first-order kinetic model and the reaction rate was 1.2×10^-2 s^-1. The degradation rate of reactive yellow 3RS was enhanced by the addition of Fe^2+ to the system.
