This paper take the Dongxi Branch Lake of Yingcheng City as an example, establish an optimal allocation model of water resources, which take the economic, ecological and social benefits for the regional sustainable development as the goal, the rational allocation of water resources in this region also conducted a preliminary study. The results show that this model can display the sustainable development indicators of this region accurately and reasonably. Thus, it can provide technical support for water resources allocation of the Dongxi Branch Lake Basin.
