餐厨垃圾具有水分、有机物、油脂及盐分含量高,易腐烂,营养元素丰富等特点,处理方式不当会给生活环境造成极大危害.针对中小城市餐厨垃圾处理过程中存在的收集、运输、处置、管理监督等方面的问题,通过问卷调查,随机采访,与餐饮行业负责人、餐厨垃圾运输人交流等方式,对河南省多个地区的中小城市餐厨垃圾处理情况进行了实地考察,提出了餐厨垃圾处理应切实从加强制度建设、加大宣传教育、多渠道筹集资金、加强餐厨垃圾资源化技术研发、加大市场培育力度等方面做起.这些建议为政府职能部门制定针对性政策提供了参考.
Food waste with rich nutrient has the properties of high moisture, organic matter, grease and salt content. It is easily rotted. Its improper disposal is detrimental to the environment. To find the problems with its collection, transportation, disposal, management and supervision, a survey of food waste disposal in the small and medium-sized cities of Henan province was conducted. The data was collected via the questionnaires, random interviews, communicating with the managers in catering industry and food waste transport operators. Several suggestions were proposed in this study by strengthening the construction of institutions, the propaganda and education, the research and development of food waste to resource, the market cultivation, and so on. It could provide important references for the government to make policies.
