以3-三乙氧基硅基丙基三甲基氯化铵作为有机硅源,采用缓慢滴碱法与氯化铝合成了共价键型有机硅铝复合絮凝剂(CBHyC)。研究了该絮凝剂对于浊度、色度和双氯芬酸的去除效果,及制备时不同碱化度B、不同Si与Al摩尔比对其处理效率的影响。结果表明,CBHyC除浊效果良好且优于传统聚合氯化铝(PAC),除浊能力随B、Si与Al摩尔比的提高而增强。该絮凝剂脱色效果良好,在弱酸条件下(pH=6.0)效果与PAC相当;在弱碱性条件下(pH=8.0)脱色效果优于PAC,并随着投加量的增加而提高。同时,该絮凝剂能有效去除典型药品和个人护理品(PPCPs)类污染物双氯芬酸,去除率在90%以上。
Employing trimethyl [3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] ammonium chloride(SPTMAC) as silicon source,a covalently bounded organic silicate-aluminum hybrid coagulant(CBHyC) was prepared by feeding the alkali slowly. The coagulation behavior of this coagulant was evaluated with the removal effect of turbidity,color,and Diclofenac Sodium(DCF),and the removal efficiency with influencing factors like degree of alkalization B and Si/Al mole ratio was studied. The results showed that,the covalently bounded organic silicate-aluminum hybrid coagulant had a better turbidity removal efficiency than traditional aluminum flocculant PAC,and the efficiency would be enhanced by raising B value and Si/Al mole ratio. It also had a good color removal efficiency under the condition of weak acid(pH=6.0),which had a considerable effect as PAC; under the condition of weak base(pH=8.0),it had a better color removal efficiency than PAC and the efficiency would be enhanced by raising dosage. Additionally,the covalently bounded organic silicate-aluminum hybrid coagulant could remove typical PPCPs-DCF,and its removal efficiency was up to 90%.
