Public service outsourcing is introduced into medical treatment and nursing integration model. It proposes that outsource medical instiutions in nursing home to private hospitals. Explore the realistic necessity of implementing the model. It proofs the feasibility from three as- pects like private hospitals own advantages, Japan and Australia successful experience and the support from government policy. It further analyzes the prospect and countermeasures of the mode so as to carry out one - stop service of medical treatment and nursing integration, ensure service quality and achieve of multi - win - win situation.
