文章分析了海岸线综合现有常用方法的优点及不足,以栅格双向缓冲海岸线综合方法(即大地线粘连变换的海岸线综合)为基础,对其存在的问题进行改进,分别对单要素和多要素特征点进行提取和排序,形成一种面向海洋划界的海岸线综合方法。通过实验分析证明该方法能使综合后的海岸线特征点精确匹配到原始海岸线矢量点位上,符合"扩大陆地、缩小海域"和"点位精确性"一般海岸线综合原则。
This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the existed coastline generalization methods.Based on the grid bi-directional buffer coastlines comprehensive method,the improvement was carried out on the existed problems,and the single factor and the multi-factor feature points were extracted and sorted respectively to form a coastline integrated method for the marine delimitation.Through the analysis of experimental verification,it was proved that this method could make the comprehensively processed feature points of coastline match the exact positions of the original coastline vector points precisely,which conforms to the general coastline generalization standards like Expanding the Land,Narrowing the Waters and Point Accuracy.
