从2015年3月开始，我国工业一致合成指数逐步回升，并一直持续至2015年8月，但回升幅度较小。根据先行合成指数的平均先行期计算，我国工业一致合成指数本轮始于2015年3月的回升态势或将于2016年3月左右结束。从总体运行情况来看，随着我国经济增速的持续放缓，我国工业经济形势不容乐观，在我国经济结构调整成效明显显现之前，我国工业部门平稳运行仍面临较大压力。进一步观察我国工业领域主要经济指标的变动特征可以发现我国工业经济本轮景气波动具有如下特点：工业企业经济效益显著下滑，企业经营困难；工业结构转型升级效果明显，高新技术产业发展较快；2015年“产能过剩”问题在多年“去库存化”措施累计效果的作用下已取得一定成效。
