This article is attempted to explore the development on the question--inquiry English grammar teaching through the investigations. It shows that question--inquiry grammar teaching helps a lot in such ways as the learners＇ interests and communication skills, teaching atmosphere and efficiency, particularly, learners＇ performance and exam results. Some shortcomings that reflect in the investigations are also being discussed to perfect this teaching method in grammar class.
