随着上跨既有线施工的新建铁路项目的增多,挂篮悬臂施工方法工程经验和理论验算变得十分重要,为同类工程提供参考。结合京沈客专下桃花吐连续梁桥和铁营子连续梁桥的悬臂浇筑工法,基于MidasCivil软件平台,采用数值分析方法对三角形挂篮和菱形挂篮进行有限元计算,对比分析了两种挂篮的刚度、强度和整体稳定性。研究结果表明:模型理论变形值与预压试验变形值十分接近,建模方法较为准确;三角形挂篮的整体刚度优于菱形挂篮,施工荷载下变形较小;菱形挂篮的一阶屈曲稳定系数约为三角形挂篮的2倍,菱形挂篮的稳定性优于三角形挂篮;就桁架和横梁的受力而言,菱形挂篮优于三角形挂篮。
As the increase of construction projects about proposed new railway crossing existing line, the engineering experience and theoretical calculation of cantilever construction method with hanging basket on existing projects becomes highly important, which provides reference for the similar engineer- ing. According to the engineering of Xia-Tao-Hua-Tu and Tie-Ying-Zi continuous beam bridge in Beijing- Shenyang passenger dedicated line, based on the software platform of Midas Civil, this article calculates and comparatively analyzes the stiffness, intensity and whole stability of Triangle and rhombic hanging basket by using the numerical analysis method. The results show that:The deformation value of the FEM model is very close to the deformation of the pre-compression experiment, and the modeling method is ex- tremely accurate;The overall stiffness of the triangle hanging basket is better than that of the rhombic hanging basket. ,and the deformation is small under construction load ;The first-order buckling coefficient of the rhombic hanging basket is about 2 times that of the triangle hanging basket,and the stability of the rhombic hanging basket is better than that of the triangle;In the case of the force on truss and beam,the rhombic hanging basket is better than the triangle hanging basket.
