针对耐久性设计、修复设计和施工方案的优化,提出一种混凝上结构耐久性的修复性评估方法.基于结构全寿命周期成本理论,充分考虑了结构在不同时期的耐久性变化状况、成本组成及其时间价值,采用修复费用、修复工作量、修复时间、可靠性、耐久性、适修性、恢复性和环境属性8个指标,将混凝土结构耐久性修复等级划分为特修、大修1、大修2、中修1、中修2、小修1与小修2这7个模糊等级.采用模糊判断可信度确定各个指标的权重,并对修复性等级进行了多级模糊综合评判.结果表明,该评估方法客观而可靠,可为混凝土结构耐久性的修复提供指导.
For durability-based design, restorability design and construction scheme optimization, a restorability evaluation method of concrete structure durability was proposed. Based on the theory of structural full life-cycle cost, the durability change of the structures at different stages, cost form and time worth were considered. After eight indices on restorability cost, restorability work amount, restorability time, reliability, durability, restoration-suitability, restoring degree and environmental nature were adopted, restorability class was partitioned into seven fuzzy classes including special restoration, heavy restoration 1, heavy restoration 2, medium restoration 1, medium restoration 2, current restoration 1 and current restoration 2. The weights of each index were decided according to reliability of fuzzy judgment, and fuzzy multilevel synthesis evaluation was carried out on restorability class. Results show that the evaluation method is objective and reliable, and is good guide for durability restoration of concrete structures.
