The paper addressed the sel-feedback control and single parameter sampled-data feedback control for the lately advanced Liu chaotic system. In the self-feedback control, the feedback gain constant k is needed larger than parameter b (not relating to parameter a and c). The controlled system is asymptotically convergent to S0 (0,0,0). The single parameter sampled data feedback control directs the system to unstable equilibrium point with only one parameter. A large number of numerical experiments validate the theoretical result.
