针对急倾斜水平分段综放开采顶煤放出率低的问题,采用PFC^2D离散元软件模拟了不同底板巷道位置条件下3段综放开采顶煤放出过程。模拟结果显示,顶煤放出后,残煤主要集中在工作面顶底板及中部位置,当底板距x≥2m时残煤形态变化不明显;1^#支架顶煤放出率与工作面顶煤放出率呈负相关的关系,而整个模拟煤炭采出率随x的增大呈抛物线形式增加,由拟合曲线知x取4.75m时,模型煤炭采出率最高;综合考虑顶煤放出率和岩石巷道掘进率,建议将底板巷道设置在x取2m处,此时顶煤采出率约85%。
Aiming at the low top - coal recovery rate of steeply - inclined horizontal sublevel top - coal caving, we utilized PFC^2D to simulate the drawing process of top coal under the different floor roadway position. The simulation results show that the residual coal was mainly concentrated in the roof, floor and middle of the working face after the top coal drawing. When floor distance x≥2m, the morphology change of residual coal is unobvious. The top - coal recovery rate of 1^# support is negatively correlated with top - coal recovery rate of the whole working face. The top - coal recovery rate increases in parabolic form over time in this simulation, and from the fitting curve, when x =4. 75m, the model has the highest top - coal recovery rate. Considering the top - coal recovery rate and rock roadway drivage rate, it is recommended to set the floor roadway at the position where x =2m, and the top coal recovery rate is about 85%.
