This article analyzes the status of income distribution and its main cause in our country,points out that we should pursue brand new motivation power for future high efficient development,speed up structural reform to improve income distribution and redistribution system, emphasize＂urgency＂in first round of distribution, balance efficiency and justice, improve gradually the scale of labor pay in the whole national income, control income gap in redistribution and keep the specific, micro and quantitative object in social justice based on the new economic condition of our country and the deep level reform in the＂13th five year plan＂so as to promote modernization in national management system and ability.
