采用常压氮气熔炼与高压氮气雾化工艺制备出不同氮含量的无镍不锈钢(17Cr12Mn2MoN)粉末,并利用热等静压(HIP)工艺成形。采用扫描电镜、电子探针显微镜、XRD、金相显微镜和万能力学试验机等测试手段及设备,研究不同氮含量对无镍不锈钢(17Cr12Mn2MoN)组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着氮含量增加,无镍不锈钢的奥氏体含量、抗拉强度及屈服强度随之增加,经固熔淬火处理后,氮含量为0.58%(质量分数)的无镍不锈钢表现出优异的强塑性,抗拉强度为915MPa,屈服强度为580MPa,伸长率为45.5%。
Variable nitrogen content and nickel-free stainless steel 17Crl12Mn2MoN powders were prepared by nitrogen gas atomization process and then formed by hot isostatic pressing (HIP). The effect of nitrogen contents on structure and properties of nickel-free stainless steels was investigated by SEM, EPMA and XRD et al. The results show that the austenitic percent and mechanical strength increase with the increase of nitrogen content. By solid solution hardening treatment, the stainless steel with the nitrogen content of 0.58% (mass fraction) and the nickel free shows an excellent plasticity and mechanical strength as the tensile strength of 915 MPa, the yield strength of 580 MPa and the elongation of 45.5%.
