通过建立全地形车车架的有限元模型,利用Craig-Bampton模态综合法进行弹性车架的动力缩减,提取车架固有模态参数,获得计算模态与实验模态参数并对比分析,从而验证有限元建模的正确性。探讨了满载工况下车架频率响应特性,结合发动机的怠速运行特性,分析发动机振动对车架动态性能的影响。分析全地形车架不同部位振动灵敏度。针对车架动态特性分析结果提出优化改进建议和措施。
The finite element model and modal analysis of Craig-Bampton method are introduced to get the inherent frequency of ATV frame. By comparing the FEA result achieved with experi- ment result, the correctness of FEA model is verified. The fre- quency response of ATV frame is researched in fully loaded condi- tion according to characteristics of engine under idle-speed condi- tion. The sensitivity of different parts of ATV frame responding to vibration is studied. Based on the FEA results, some advises are given for improving the design rationality and reliability.
