以聚乙烯和聚丙烯为代表的聚烯烃材料是当今社会不可缺少的通用材料,而聚乙烯作为通用塑料中产量最大的品种,近十年来年增长率达到6.3%,在国民生产中占有非常重要的地位.在催化体系方面,20世纪70年代,我国就开始了齐格勒-纳塔催化剂的研究,经过多年的努力,目前在齐格勒-纳塔研究和应用方面占据了一席之地.由于茂金属催化剂和非茂金属催化剂活性中心单一,能精准地控制聚合,目前茂金属催化剂和后过渡金属催化剂都在研究开发中.文章还阐述了聚乙烯的生产工艺,分析了聚乙烯的工业现状.从市场情况看,双峰聚乙烯,mLLDPE,POE,PERT等产品备受青睐,预示着聚乙烯有着广泛的发展前景.
Polyolefin materials represented by polyethylene and polypropylene were common materials which were indispensable to our society, polyethylene as the largest species of general purpose plastic, the annual rate of polyethylene demand growth was up to 6.3 % in decade, this material had played a very important role in our national production. Since 1970s,many efforts had been devoted on the supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst for olefins polymerization in our country. Metallocene catalyst and non-metallocene catalyst followed the single site mechanism for olefins polymerization, and it could control the polymerization accuratlly, the metallocene catalysts and non-metallocene catalysts were in the research and development in decades. The polymerization technology of polyethylene and its situation were also described. Bimodal polyethylene, mLLDPE, POE, PERT were welcomed, which indicated that the development prospects of polyethylene was widely and promising worldwide.
