新疆某大型燃气锅炉排烟余热深度利用效果测试研究

采用自主研发的防腐高效低阻烟气冷凝热能回收装置,对新疆某70 MW燃气热水锅炉进行排烟余热深度利用节能改造。跟踪实测表明,锅炉额定负荷下,排烟温度由200℃降至51.8℃,节能12.6%,以低热值计算锅炉系统总效率106.7%;锅炉部分负荷条件下,排烟温度由140℃降至41℃,节能12.0%,以低热值计算锅炉系统总效率107.3%以上;辅以自然空气冷却除湿,烟气温度降到20℃以下,每台锅炉每天有130 t/d以上烟气冷凝水回收利用,明显减少了大量雾气排放。烟气冷凝余热深度利用的节能、节水、环保、经济效益潜力显著。

英文摘要:

A flue gas condensing waste heat recovery device featured by anti-corrosion, high efficiency and low resistance was applied to recover the flue gas waste heat of a 70 MW gas-fired hot water boiler in Xinjiang. The test results show that under the rated load of the boiler, the flue gas temperature was reduced from 200℃ to 51.8℃, the energy-saving rate was 12.6% and the total efficiency of the boiler system calculated by the low calorific value was 106.7%. Under the part load condition of the boiler, the flue gas temperature was reduced from 140 % to 41℃, the energy saving-rate was 12.0% and the total efficiency of the boiler system calculated by the low calorific value was more than 107.3%. Supplemented by natural air cooling and dehumidifying, the flue gas temperature was reduced to 20℃ below. Each boiler produced more than 130 t/d flue-gas condensate water which can be recovered and utilized. The fog emissions were also reduced correspondingly. The deep utilization of gas-fired boiler flue gas condensation heat has great potential for energy-saving, water-saving, environmental protection and economic benefits.
