介绍了几种调控材料力学性能的特种激光加工方法。所谓激光毛化,是利用高功率密度激光在轧辊表面制造指定形貌和粗糙度,该方法不仅可以改善轧辊的性能与功能,还可以通过冷轧工艺改善所轧薄板的质量与性能。所谓激光界面强化,是在电镀铬前先对基体进行激光离散热处理,以此影响电镀时该基体上镀层原子的沉积过程、细化镀层组织并优化其与基体的界面结构,从而提高镀层部件的性能和寿命。所谓激光辅助成形,则是利用激光热效应作用工件的局部区域,通过诱导弹性应力做塑性功,实现其塑性成形或改善其形状精度。
