公司内创业(Corporate Entrepreneurship)已经成为当今大企业提升竞争力并获得创新性成果的重要战略行动,也成为中国许多非正规企业去山寨化的主要行动。本文在对中国国内外相关文献进行梳理的基础上,创建了一个中国大陆大企业多变"动态环境-公司内创业行为-企业绩效"之间关系的理论分析模型,在此理论基础上提出了4个重要假设。通过对中国珠三角、长三角地区具有公司内创业行为的非正规企业的一项256份的大规模调查问卷表,对此模型和假设进行实证分析与检验,进而探讨了中国大陆非正规企业在公司内创业过程中的行动逻辑和可行的内创业机制,这为提升其合法性和生存性的深入研究奠定了微观基础。
Corporate Entrepreneurship,a series of internal entrepreneurial activities promised,empowered and resource-guaranteed by the organization has become a significant strategy for organizations to enhance corporate competence and gain innovative production.Based on literature review the present article puts forward an analytical framework on the contingent relationship between Corporate Entrepreneurship activities and corporate competence.Then a large scale empirical research is performed on corporations active with Corporate Entrepreneurship activities in both the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta so as to find out whether relevant corporate competence has been achieved.Consequently,action logics and Corporate Entrepreneurship mechanism are discussed and evaluated together with its feasibility and practicality within growing companies in China.
