以快速城市化地区南京市栖霞区为例,通过城市用地扩展和生态系统服务价值变化的研究,分析城市用地扩展对生态环境的影响及效应。结果表明:1996—2006年,栖霞区正处于城市用地扩展加速期,城市用地扩展不可避免地造成栖霞区耕地、园地、草地和水域等面积的减少。其中耕地面积减少最多,为3967.93hm^2;林地、湿地和建设用地面积增加,其中建设用地面积增加最多,为4948.12hm^2,主要是因为园区和大学城建设;林地面积增加873.99hm^2,主要是“绿色栖霞”的实施。城市用地扩展引起了栖霞区生态环境的变化,对生态系统服务价值亦产生了一定的影响。栖霞区生态系统服务总价值由1996年的9.39×10^8元减少为2006年的8.63×10^8元,减少了0.76×10^8元。各单项服务价值中,生态系统所提供的原材料服务功能有所增加,其余服务功能有所减少。通过对城市用地扩展系数与生态系统服务价值的相关性进行分析,“绿色栖霞”的实施对栖霞区生态服务价值的减少起到了很好的抑制作用。
Based on the research on the urban land expansion and the ecosystem service value changes of rapid urbanization area Qixia District, the impacts and effects of urban land expansion on ecological environment were analyzed. The results show that Qixia District was in a period of accelerated expansion of urban land use from 1996 to 2006. Urban land expansion and waters. The area of cultivated land had the inevitably resulted in reduction of cultivated land, garden, grassland largest descent of 3 967.93 hm^2. The area of forest land, wetlands and construction land increased,while the area of construction land had the largest increase of 4 948. 12 hm^2, which resulted from the construction of development zone and university city, and the increase of forest land area was mainly because of the implementation of " Green Qixia". The urban land expansion led to the change of ecological environment in Qixia District and also influenced the ecosystem service value to some degree. The total ecosystem service value of Qixia District fell from 9.39 × 10^8 yuan in 1996 to 8.63 × 10^8 yuan in 2006, with a total descent of 0.76 × 10^8 yuan. Among the service values, the service functions of raw material provided by the ecosystem increased, while others decreased. Based on the relevance analysis of urban land expansion coefficient and ecosystem services value, the implementation of "Green Qixia" had played a good inhibitory effect in the descent of ecosystem services value.
